With its all star cast, All My Sons tickets will be a hot ticket on Broadway. The stage is set in the United States during the Second World War. One of the two business partners, Joe Keller knowingly sells defective airplane parts to the government and the pilots died because of his actions. The other partner takes the fall for his actions, but the situation is further complicated by the fact that Keller's son plans to marry the daughter of his partner. The truth finally came to the light and shattered the facade Keller had established. The story explores the fragility of the American dream that was pervasive during the first piece is released.
The play was written by renowned playwright Arthur Miller. Miller was born and raised in New York in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. His parents were deeply affected by the economic crisis. Miller has worked hard to put himself through t College of the University of Michigan. He wrote The Man Who Had All the Luck before All My Sons. Other famous plays of Miller, is the death of a Salesman and The Crucible. His comments on society were not well received in the region McCarthy and Miller was called to testify before the House Committee on Un-American Activities and convicted for not cooperating. The cast of Broadway has a well known talent. John Lithgow plays Joe Keller and is no stranger on Broadway with parts in shows like Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. He won a Tony Award for The Changing Room and Sweet Smell of Success. Dianne West plays his wife, Kate Keller. She has won two Oscars and was on Broad Road in productions such as Solitaire / Double Solitaire Frankenstein and Beyond Therapy. Her film credits include Edward Scissorhands and Independence Day.
Patrick Wilson plays their son, Chris Keller, and was in productions such as Oklahoma!, The Full Monty and barefoot in the park. It has also been put on the big screen with films like Little Children and Hard Candy. The beautiful and famous Katie Holmes made her Broadway debut as a partner's daughter, Ann Deever. Holmes is well known for her role on TV in Dawson's Creek and that films like Barman Begins, Wonder Boys and Mad Money.
The Cast famous is one reason to see this exceptional production. This production makes only brief appearances on stage, but has touched so many pieces that have followed. Any fan of true theater will appreciate the history behind this show and get all my tickets as soon as possible Sons.
