What you may not know is that the proposal by Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson to rescue companies Wall Street financial services, as it was presented to Congress was an unconstitutional takeover of monumental proportions.
Under Paulson's plan, without oversight, no review of the challenges and would not have been allowed by the courts, by Congress, or by individuals. Henry Paulson had proposed that effectively be appointed czar of the economy.
